Racer Information
Registration is open March 1 – and will continue through Friday, July 24th 11:59 am. Those requesting a preferred starting position (Including returning champions) should contact the Race Director by July 14 for consideration. Military Veterans should also contact the Race Director for a discount Registration needs to be in by July 14 to guarantee a T-shirt. RACE FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

Each competitor is sent every 30 seconds
Equipment you must have:
1) PFD must be worn for paddling portion while in water.
2) Bike helmet while biking on course. (No headphones allowed while biking)
Online Registration opens March 1, 2026 (additional fee for timing services). Fees increase July 1, 2026 (additional fee for timing services). Onsite details listed below:
Divisions:
Solo: M/F 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+, eBike, ($65 before July 1st / additional fee for timing services) ($80+ after July 1)
Tandem Teams: There will be one division unless there are sufficient numbers to allow for male, female, coed. Both people start in the same kayak or canoe. Biking: Each participant may ride their own bike OR RIDE A TANDEM BIKE TOGETHER. Once a participant is done biking, then each must run. Bike and run times will be combined with the paddling time to determine places. ($130/team before July 1st) ($150+ after July 1)
Relays:
19 & under, 20+ male, 20+ coed, 20+ female, eBike
2-3 people compete in the race, 1 person paddling, 1 biking, 1 running. Total time determines winners. Have one person sign up on registration for the entire team. 1 person in boat and on bike at a time. ($130/team before July 1st) ($150+ after July 1)
Solo competitors will be sent first, then Tandems, then, eBike, then relays.
eBike: Solo and Relay. No throttle allowed. No divisions unless numbers are significant.
Awards:
Top 3 for all divisions: Solo Age divisions for males and females, 1 eBike division.
Relay divisions: 19U, male, female, coed (Adult & 19U), 1 eBike division.
Tandem divisions: There will be one division unless there are sufficient numbers to allow for male, female, coed.
Plaque to top solo male and solo female finisher also earns free registration for the following year.
Plaques to each member of the best over-all relay team, best over-all Tandem team and best over-all Double Tandem team (If there are multiple divisions for that particular race)
